The data collected through web site is not shared to any external party. It is only for modeXnet Oy Ltd. internal purposes.

3. How Long We Retain Your Data

The data collected through web site is retained indefinitely, unless visitor especially contacts us and requests contact data removal. This request a visitor is instructed to do through our web site Contact Form.

For Registered Users (refer to 1.3), Username and Password are stored indefinitely. Username is visible for Database Administrators, but Password is stored as encrypted and it is not possible to find out what it is. Thus, if a Registered User forgets the Password, there is no way to return that except by contacting modeXnet Oy Ltd via Contact Form and asking to remove Username and Password and then visitor can recreate account information.

4. What Rights You Have over Your Data

For contact information left via this web site, please refer to 3.

For Product and Customer Register data seen as Registered User: this data remains in the system until the Product is dismantled or modeXnet Oy Ltd. is informed that Product has been taken out of use. The data in modeXnet Oy Ltd. Customer Register is required to be there the whole lifetime of the Product since this data is used for Delivery Management and Network Monitoring purposes.
